Overview - Richmond Designs, LLC has released
R.A.O.S. version 1.0. R.A.O.S. has been developed
to give our customers the best way possible to price and order
their challenge coins. Version 1.0 will allow our customers
to get a quote in real-time, purchase coins or re-order coins.
There are a few simple steps to placing an order thru this
system. The following is a description of each step:
Step 1. Enter R.A.O.S. - Click on R.A.O.S.
to enter the online application. There you will input the
specifications of your coin. You then have the ability to
click on PRINT QUOTE which will give you an detailed breakdown
of the cost of your order. You can the click START ORDER to
begin the process of placing your order.
Step 2. Sign In - As a new customer to R.A.O.S.
you will need to setup an account by simply entering in an
email address and password. If you have already ordered thru
the R.A.O.S. system then you can simply login at that time
or at any time by going to www.richmonddesigns.com/signin.cfm
Step 3. Artwork and Shipping information - At
this point you simply upload your artwork, either one or two
files and then enter in your shipping information.
Step 4. Billing Information - Your almost
done. Here you will enter in your payment method and billing
address. You will be given the option of paying a deposit
which is the die fee for the coin you have selected or you
can pay the entire order amount. Please note, your credit
card will not be charged until a sales representative has
reviewed your order and found that everything is in order.
If we have any questions or need further clarification to
produce your coin we will contact you at that time.
Step 4. Place Order - When you click Finish
Order your order will be sent into our system as a confirmed
order. At that time we take over and begin the work on your
order.
Production Phase - At any time you can click
on My Account to access the details of your order. In the
account section of our site you will see the status of your
order and you will have the ability to send a message thru
the site. Once a change has been made to your order, such
as new artwork or a question about your order, you will receive
an email prompting you to login to the site. It is important
that you follow the prompts so that not to delay the production
of your order. If at any time you have questions or need immediate
